Birth + Postpartum | $1520

  • Everything in our Birth Package plus:

  • 12 hours total of postpartum support to assist with keeping your healing and recovery a priority. This can look different for each family's specific needs but here are some examples of how a postpartum doula can help: assist with coping strategies for emotional and/or physical adjustment, basic newborn care, feeding & sleeping adjustments, light household organization, meal prep, and more.

Birth + Pelvic Health | $2150

  • Everything in our Birth Package plus:

  • 6 Pelvic Floor Therapy sessions with Amanda, OTRL

    • 3 Prenatal visits focused on birth prep, managing any late pregnancy pain and discomfort, connecting abdominals and pelvic floor, perineal tissue prep, body balancing to get baby engaged in the pelvis, bladder and bowel management & more​

    • 3 Postpartum visits focused on injury preventions with self-care and baby care, reconnecting abdominals and pelvic floor, bowel and bladder management, development of plan for return to exercise and/or work, support with sexual activity after baby & more

Scheduled Cesarean | $900

Customized Birth Package + 6 hours postpartum support

  • 1 free consultation

  • 1 prenatal visit in the comfort of your own home, to talk about what to expect during cesarean, surgical options, postpartum healing, and healthy transitions.

  • Unlimited phone, text, and email support starting at contract signing

  • Support at the hospital 2-3 hours prior to cesarean

  • Support during cesarean, if permitted by hospital staff

  • 2-3 hours of immediate postpartum support

  • 1 birth review visit

  • 6 hours of postpartum doula support (split into 2-3 visits either at the hospital or in home)

No Cost Doula Support

Did you know? MI Medicaid completely covers the cost of 6 visits (shared between prenatal and postpartum visits) as well as birth support!
